Groundwork

This time, the human didn't come to get one of the older horses. This time he wanted to take Nonni himself with him. Which was fine with him. Really! New things to experience? Great!
The human put the leather thingy on him. That wasn't too bad. He had put it on before sometime, but then he didn't want anything else from him. Nonni had also seen this on the other horses. And they didn't seem to mind. And he trusted him. So it would be ok.
They walked out from the pasture. Nonni was curious, so he reacted to the stride of the human and all was well.
Only occasionally Nonni wanted to explore further and go ahead. But then the thing in his mouth put pressure on his mouth and the human blocked his movement. So it seemed to Nonni that the human didn't want him to go any further.
Finally he just relaxed into the thing and let himself be lead.
